All of our staff are trained to the highest standard in dementia care and are all caring and positive. We pride ourselves on having very high levels of staff at all times of the day and night.
Church Farm has a dedicated team of nurses, carers and domestic staff whose constructive input into the running of the home is valued along with feedback from residents, friends and relatives.
We are also very proud to be part of the revolutionary “Dementia Care Matters” and this is focused directly at delivering excellent dementia care which involves a service bringing out the best in staff and people with dementia.
