We are delighted to announce that Church Farm Nursing Home have won the Great British Care Home Awards 2011. This award belongs to every member of the Church Farm Family and we are all very proud of this accolade. This has not happened by accident, it is down to everyones' dedication to providing the best possible care, and creating an environment where people can continue to LIVE with Dementia and feel safe and loved.
Thank you to each and every member of staff for all their hard work and dedication.
The award was presented by Christopher Biggins at the Royal Courts of Justice in London.
Judges praised our "person-centered care through a highly motivated and stable staff base".
