We aim to make coming to Church Farm a positive experience for both residents and relatives, although we understand the problems of dementia and how it can be difficult for people. Our aim is to be positive and forward thinking with a BIG emphasis on meeting individual needs and preferences, whether that is peace and quiet or singing and dancing.
The management and staff are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for any issues or concerns. We aim to maintain our standards and we need and welcome everyone’s input with residents meetings and newsletters
