Church Farm provide highly specialised supportive care for people with dementia and their families. We use a person centred approach to promote self-esteem and encourage independence whilst providing a comfortable and safe environment to make residents with dementia feel at home.
We believe that this is just another stage in life that should be rewarding and fulfilling. We encourage family involvement and regularly have group meetings with residents and family members.
