Church Farm Nursing Home has achieved the highest accolades for dementia services and we can now provide day care to the same standards with the aim of being the best day care facility in the country for people with dementia.  At All Saints Day Care Centre we provide a service that is friendly, positive, professional, stimulating, personalised and specifically designed to help people to remain as independent as possible.   We have a full understanding of the difficulties in being a "carer" and will do our best to help you and support you.  To ensure that we are acheiving the most appropriate service for all we always involve clients and carers in all aspects of care planning.

We have extensive facilities including personal care facilities, a safe and usable kitchen, gardens, a quiet room, computer access and a courtyard garden.  Our clients also have full access to trained nurses, medical back-up and a 24 hour emergency response line.
